Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 grams mutton
  2. 6 week chopped onion
  3. 3 or 4 tomato gravy
  4. 2" chopped Ginger
  5. 6-8 cloves of Garlic chopped
  6. one teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  8. one teaspoon Kashmiri mirch
  9. 1/ 4 teaspoon of haldi
  10. 100 gram refined oil
  11. 2 cloves
  12. 3 green cardamom
  13. 1 black cardamom
  14. 2 inch dalchini
  15. 2 bayleaf
  16. 1 star anise
  17. 1 dry flower of javitri
  18. 1/4 tea spoon of Garam masala
  19. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. First of all wash Mutton in running water 4-5 Times.
  2. Switch on gas keep a pressure cooker on it and put oil then put all dry masala.
  3. After a minute put all chopped onions, garlic and finely chopped Ginger stir it until it reaches to desired colour.
  4. Now grind them in the grinder and again pour that in pressure cooker with salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder with mutton, tomato gravy cover it and stir it in-between.
  5. When Cooker release all masala and oil separate then understand that our mutton is properly roasted and reached the stage to put 1 glass of water in it.
  6. Cover it with lid and wait for 4-5 whistles after that when Steam released then open it and put garam-masalla and green Coriander leaves.
  7. Now wait for 5-10 minutes more and keep it on the low flame and let the oil comes on it our Punjabi style mutton is ready to serve.
