Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potatoes 4
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Rice powder 2 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  5. Hing 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash peel and cut potatoes in round shape
  2. Marinate with salt and keep aside for 5 minutes
  3. The potatoes will leave water .To this add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and hing and mix well.
  4. After 2 minutes add rice powder and mix well till all the potatoes are nicely coated with the masala. Donot add water. If required, add very less water.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry these potatoes and drain it to a paper towel.
  6. Serve hot.
