Soak the chanas overnight. Next day pressure cook it for 3 whistle
In a Kadai, add oil, fry onions and tomato and ginger, garlic paste, red chilli powder. Saute nicely till it turns pink in colour. Let it cool and grind into a smooth paste.
In a cooker, add oil, fry kasturi methi then add the paste ( onions, tomatoes ) fry nicely till oil comes out then add garam masala, coriander chopped, coriander powder, amchoor, chana masala, deggi mirch and fry well till oil comes out.
Then add the chana, salt, water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
SERVING: 4
