Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped pumpkin - 1 cup
  2. Chopped potato - 1
  3. Chopped onion - 1
  4. Chopped garlic pods - 2 - 3
  5. Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Olive oil - 1 tsp
  8. Cream - 2 tbsp
  9. Vegetable stock - 2 cup

Instructions

  1. Peel pumpkin and remove the seeds and chop it
  2. Also chop potato and onion.
  3. .Heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. Add pumpkin ,potato,onion and garlic pods and saute for one mins.
  5. Add one cup of water and boil in a high flame for ten mins.
  6. Once cooled,to make a paste.
  7. Heat pumpkin paste and two cup of vegetable stock in a pan.
  8. Once boiled add salt and black pepper powder and turn off the flame.
  9. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
