Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl maida,
  2. 1 bowl paneer,
  3. 1 onion finely chopped,
  4. 1/2 bowl mint,
  5. 1 cup curd,
  6. 1 tsp baking soda,
  7. Salt,
  8. 4 green chillies,
  9. Coriander leave's

Instructions

  1. Mix maida, salt, curd, baking soda and make a soft dough cover with wet cotton cloth and keep aside for 4 hrs.
  2. After 4 hr the dough will be double, again knead the dough and remove air from it and again cover and keep it for 1/2 hr.
  3. Grate and mash paneer.
  4. Mix finely chopped Onion's and green chilies, coriander leave's,salt in paneer and mix well and keep aside.
  5. Make balls from dough, roll with rolling pin and stuff the stuffing in it and make chapatti.
  6. Wash and chop mint leaves.
  7. Chapatti is made wet from 1 side and put that side on tava and wet it from above and put mint leaves on it and let it roast it from below. Then with help of Tongs roast it direct on gas and your tandoori stuffed KULCHA is ready, put butter on hot kulchas
  8. Sever hot with chole.
