ABOUT Egg drop soup RECIPE

Egg drop soup is a quick and easy Chinese soup recipe. It is made with beaten eggs in boiled chicken broth. It is a clear soup but u can add cottage cheese or toffu or mashroom in it but it is optional. It has a great flavour that will warm you up on winters.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken broth 3 cup
  2. Beaten eggs 2
  3. Salt one teaspoon
  4. Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Soya sauce half teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken broth in a pan.
  2. Add salt and pepper in it. Mix well.
  3. Slowly pour the beaten eggs in it. Stir continuesely.
  4. Egg will spread out into ribbons.
  5. Add soya souce in it. Mix well.
  6. Switch off the flame. It's ready.
  7. Serve hot.
