ABOUT Aamla mint chutney RECIPE

This tangy and spicy chutney is tasty as well as healthy.Ideal accompaniment to roti as well as daal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Aamla/gooseberries 2
  2. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  3. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Ginger 1/2 inch
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash mint and coriander leaves and chop roughly.
  2. Wash amla and remove the seeds.chop roughly.
  3. Put everything in mixer and grind.If needed add little water.
