  10. 1 tukda dalchinni ka
  11. 1 tej patta
  12. Bhuna zeera powder 1 chota chamach
  13. Kasuri methi ek chota chamach
  14. Namak swad anusar
  15. Sugar ek chota chamach
  16. Dahi 1 choti katori
  17. Tandori roti ke liye
  18. 200 gm gehu ka aata
  19. Swad anusar Namak
  20. 1 chota chamach sakkar
  21. 2 chota chamach tel
  22. Aur ghuthne ke liye pani

Instructions

  1. Sabse pehle meethi ko acche se saaf kar le aur namak dal ke thoda boil kar le
  2. Phr use thande pani mein dal de usse meethi ka rang hara hi rahega
  3. 250 gm matar ko bhi thoda sa boil kar le aur use bhi thande pani mein dal de
  4. Aab ek pan me 2 pyaz mote mote kate hue, lahsun, adark, dal chinni, aur 3 4 laung, and kaju dal ke thoda sa pani dal ke boil kar le jab tak pyaz soft nahi ho jate
  5. Boil hone ke use channi se chan ke thoda thanda hone de, thanda hone ke Baad use mixer mein paste Bana le
  6. Aab ek paan mein thoda sa ghee n butter dale, butter melt hone par usme 1 tej patta n thoda sa jeera dale aur 1 chota chamacha kasuri methi dale , jeera bhunne par pisa hua paste dale aur acche se bhune.. jab ghee seprate hone lage tab usme boil peas n meethi dale aur achhe se mila le aur 2 minutes dhak ke pakayen
  7. Aab usse dahi dale aur thoda sa dhaniya powder n kitchen king masala dale
  8. 2 , 3 minute bhunne ke baad usme thoda sa pani dale aur acche se mix karen
  9. Aab sabji mein thoda sa sakkar, namak swad anusar, zeera powder, n chotti elaichi ka powder dale aur acche se mila le. Aur aab 2 minute ke liye dhak ke pakayen.
  10. Last mein 100 gm cream dal ke acche se mila le
  11. Tandoori roti
  12. Aata namak sakkar aur tel sabko aache se mix Karen uske baad thoda thoda pani dal ke naram aata ghuth le aur 15 minute dhak ke rakh de
  13. Aab ek aata ka ball bana ke roti ki tarah bel le
  14. Aur ek taraf thoda sa pani lekar roti mein laga de
  15. Garam tawa mein pani wale taraf se roti ko dale aur 30 second dheeme flame mein pakaye
  16. Aab tawa ko ulat kar chulhe par sekhe
  17. Tawa utha utha kar chk kare ki roti paki ki nahi
  18. Isme lag bhag 30 second lagta hai
  19. Phr tawa sidha kar ke roti tawa se uthar kar makhan laga kar garama garam serve kare,:relaxed:️
