ABOUT Stir fried kadai chicken RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 500 GM chicken breast. Cut into chunks
  2. 2 capsicum diced
  3. 1 large onion diced
  4. 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  5. 1/2 cup curd
  6. 1TBSP FRESH CREAM
  7. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tomato paste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  11. 1tsp chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp cumin powder
  13. 1tsp coriander powder
  14. Garam masala.

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.. Add diced onion and capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes and keep aside
  2. Add some more oil in pan. Now add chicken chunks fry for 5 min. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Cook for 3 min coverred. .
  3. Meanwhile. In a bowl mix curd, cream, ginger garlic paste and tomato paste. Whisk it.
  4. Add this mix into the chicken. Mix well. Simmer it for 10-15 min. Add salt. And mix well. Cook for sometime more till desired consistency.
  5. Add the onion and capsicum. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 min
  6. Serve hot.
