Feels like heaven when having this mango with rice and thick curd

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Small mango 1/2kg
  2. Crystal salt a handful
  3. Water

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry all mangoes
  2. Boil water and salt
  3. Allow it to cool
  4. Add mangoes
  5. Keep it in a dry vessel or clay pot
  6. Close it tight
  7. Shake it daily
  8. Keep it for 1 week
  9. After a week ITS ready to use
  10. If it's colour doesn't change to yellow allow it to sit more till it changes
