ABOUT Shahi Paneer in White Gravy RECIPE

I have given very rich taste to this shahi paneer by adding cream n cashewnuts. Shahi Paneer, as its name suggests, full of richness, lavish, extravagant. Shahi Paneer is one of the most favorite recipes from the Indian cuisine. Just when we think of the North Indian food, the first word which comes to our mind is Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhani. Shahi Paneer has a very sweet yet savory taste due to the amalgamation of the cream and the flavorsome spices. The gravy for the dish is made using the puree of fresh tomato gravy and combining it with the flavorous spices. The aroma arising from the gravy is just mesmerizing. To add that richness into the dish, some cream is added, which gives it a very luscious look. The aneeris then dunked in a rich and creamy tomato gravyand served along with roti or flavored rice.
