Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves
  2. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  3. 1/4 cup gram flour
  4. 2 tbsp oil for moyan
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbsp chili powder
  7. Half tablespoon turmeric powder
  8. Salt for taste
  9. for a stuffing
  10. One red pepper
  11. 1 green pepper
  12. one chop spring onion
  13. 2 Cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  14. to chop green chilli
  15. for a Salsa
  16. 1 tomato finely chop
  17. 1 onion finely chop
  18. 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  19. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  20. 1 tablespoon Green Chili chop
  21. Salt
  22. 1/4 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. mix together wheat flour gram flour green chilli paste ginger garlic paste turmeric powder chilli powder salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Chopped roughly fenugreek leaves and add in a bowl mix it well.
  3. add some oil and sufficient yogurt and mix it well make a semi soft dough and keep aside for a 15 minute .
  4. For a Salsa we need roughly chopped tomato onion coriander. Tomato ketchup, green chilli, Salt black paper little bit of veneger.
  5. mix all ingredient very well and your salsa is ready.
  6. for of stuffing
  7. we need one roughly chop Red Pepper green pepper spring onion Mozzarella cheese
  8. cut dough into a balls and roll it thin thepalas dusting with floor.
  9. heat the non stick Tawa place is on roasting thepala 1-2 minute on a each side. Brush slme oil and transfered it to the aluminium foil.
  10. a warm prepared thepama on a non stick Tawa spread some Mozzarella cheese then Red Pepper green paper spring onion green chilli and procces cheese .
  11. top up another layer with Mozzarella cheese and covered it with another Thepla.
  12. press it lightly and cook it till cheese melt.
  13. Fliping once and basting with oil.
  14. Cut in to wedges and place on a searving plate with salsa
  15. it is very healthy breakfast very delicious breakfast for the kids and teenager
