Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potatoes 6..7
  2. Bread slices 10
  3. Cornflour 2 tablespoons
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Some coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Oil to shallow fry tikkis
  10. Oil to grill sandwiches

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel the potatoes
  2. Mashed potatoes well
  3. Add corn flour
  4. Add salt, pepper powder and garam masala
  5. Mix well
  6. Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves
  7. Mix well
  8. Make small patties
  9. Shallow fry till golden
  10. Cut bread slices in to roundals
  11. Keep 1 potato Pattie between 2 slices
  12. Grill till crispy
  13. Serve hot with dips or chutney of your choice
