  1. Ingredients for pita bread..
  2. Active Dry Yeast 1tsp
  3. Warm water 1/2 katori
  4. Ghee 1sp
  5. Wheat flour 1bowl
  6. Salt a pinch..
  7. Ingredients for tikki..
  8. Kurkure powder 1bowl
  9. Boiled potatoes 4
  10. Kasturi methi 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Dhaniya [coriander] powder 1tsp
  13. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Samber masala 1tsp
  15. Red Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  16. Amchur 1/2 tsp
  17. Maida 1sp..
  18. Ingredients for presentation..
  19. Pita bread 1
  20. Aloo tikki 2
  21. Tomato and cucumber slices to taste
  22. mayonnaise 1tsp per pita bread
  23. Radish leaf - 1

Instructions

  1. Mix dry yeast in warm water and leave it for 10mins..
  2. Then add all ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough.
  3. Then leave it for 1/2 an hour..
  4. Then roll out the dough like a chapathi.
  5. Cut it in the middle of the chapati.. Then spread mayonnaise in it.. Put tomato slices..
  6. For tikki.. Add all ingredients in to the bowl.. Except kurkure powder..
  7. Mix it well..
  8. Then make tikki shape and roll it into kurkure powder..
  9. Roll all tikies..
  10. Then deep fry it on medium flame..
  11. When it becomes crispy and becomes light brown, its done..
  12. Then put this tikki into pita bread..
  13. Put cucumber pieces and radish leaf.. It is ready to be served.
