Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black eyed peas 200 gram
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Green coriander leaves for garnish
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak lobia for 2 hours
  2. Boil adding salt till softened
  3. Add Pepper powder and garam masala powder
  4. Add chopped onion, tomato and green chillies
  5. Add lemon juice and garnish with green coriander leaves
  6. Serve hot
