Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 finely sliced onions
  2. 4 finely chopped green chillies
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 4 tbsp besan or more
  5. Oil to fry
  6. Finely chopped curry leaves
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Pinch of hing

Instructions

  1. Add finely sliced onions in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add green chillies, turmeric, curry leaves, hing, besan, salt and mix well.
  3. Heat oil and start adding bhajji into hot oil on a medium flame. If the flame is high pakodas will burn easily and will remain uncooked inside.
  4. Fry until golden, remove on a plate and serve crispy pakoras with chutney or ketchup.
