Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Beans 1/2 kg
  2. Potatoes 3 big sliced lengthwise
  3. Onions 3 medium sliced lengthwise
  4. Tomatoes 2 medium
  5. Oil 2 tsp
  6. Jeera 1/2 tsp
  7. Hing a pinch
  8. Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  10. Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the beans, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and garlic.
  2. Take a wok. Add oil, jeera and hing. Then add onions and saute for a minute.
  3. Add potatoes and saute well. Add tomato and mix well.
  4. Add beans and add all the dry ingredients. Mix well so that all the masala blends with each other.
  5. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  6. Serve hot with chapati.
