Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bajra flour - 250 gms
  2. Salt - as per taste
  3. Green chilli paste - 1 spoon
  4. Radish leaves - handful chopped
  5. Onion chopped -1
  6. Soaked split green gram - 2 spoons
  7. Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
  8. Water as required
  9. Oil as required for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl contains bajra flour.
  2. Add all the mentioned ingredients except oil and water.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients well and now add little water and mix.
  4. Do the same and form like a chapathi dough.
  5. Take a wide pan to that add 3 spoons oil and greese it well .
  6. Now take a small portion depends on pan size spread over the greased pan as little thick.
  7. Made holes for nice and crispy frying.
  8. Add little oil over the holes and cook in medium heat with closing lid.
  9. Once it turns into golden brown colour transfer to the serving plate.
  10. No need of frying otherside since we cooked by closing the lid.
  11. Our crunch and soft radish leafy bajra roti is ready to eat.
  12. Enjoy hot.
