Broccoli fillings really tastes yummy. (Jain / No onion, No garlic).

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Lasagna Sheets:
  2. 400 gms all propose flour
  3. 4 cups of water
  4. 1 tsp oil
  5. 1 tbsp salt
  6. For the filling:
  7. 6 tomatoes, finely chopped
  8. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp oregano
  12. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  13. 1 bunch of broccoli
  14. 1 tsp pepper powder
  15. Oil 2 tsp
  16. 3 tbsp processed cheese
  17. 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl take all purpose flour, salt and oil. Make a soft dough.
  2. Roll it very thin using a rolling pin and cut it into squares using a pizza cutter.
  3. Side by side boil water in a frying pan, add salt, oil and add in the lasagna sheets you make it. Let it cook/boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain it using a strainer and then put them into cold water and again strain.
  5. For the Tomato Filling: In a frying pan add 1 tsp of oil and add chopped tomatoes, oregano, chilli flakes, sugar, tomato ketchup, pepper powder and salt. Let it be cooked to make thick constituency sauce.
  6. For the second Filling: In another frying pan, add 1 tsp of oil, broccoli florets, salt and pepper powder. Saute for 5 minutes.
  7. Assembly: Now in a large frying pan first spread some tomato filling. Spread 3 lasagna sheets on that. Spread broccoli filling on that. Spread some processed cheese on it.
  8. Again spread some sheets, spread tomato filling, some sheets, again broccoli filling and again some sheets.
  9. And at last spread the remaining processed cheese and mozzarella cheese and put the lid on the pan and allow it to cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Once cooked, cut it into rectangle pieces and serve hot.
