This roti is different from the other paneer parantha. The taste is super yummy when eaten with tomato sauce and green chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 2
Crumbled cheese - 1 cup
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Chopped green chillies - 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves (optional)
egg - 1
Salt according to taste
Dhaniya powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder or flakes - 1/4 tsp
Jeera - a pinch
Oil - 1 tbsp
For the dough : maida 1 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Instructions
Make a dough of maida, oil, salt and water. The dough should be soft enough. Keep aside.
In a pan, put oil and some jeera. Let it crackle.
Add ginger and garlic paste. Saute for a minute or two.
Add salt, red chilli flakes, dhaniya powder, garam masala and saute for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Add in the crumbled paneer. Mix it well. The filling is ready.
Now take a small dumpling of adequate size and roll it like a roti.
Now put the prepared filling in the centre, put some onions, green chillies and an egg. ( Maximum 3/4 egg is sufficient otherwise it will come out of the sides).
Now cover it from all sides like a plain parantha. But after that do not roll it with the rolling pin. Just pat it 2-3 times.
Heat a tawa and put the roti on it.
Add oil while the roti is being cooked to get a crispy roti.
Cook it from both sides.
Delicious and crunchy paneer baida roti is ready. Cut it into 4 halves and enjoy with tomato sauce and green chutney.
