ABOUT Quick Kebabs RECIPE

Its my innovation recipe as i was thinking any better way to serve the usual mixtures. As already monsoons are almost here some cravings of indian fritters start to attack the indian palette with the fragrance of the first rain. So here it is as the name suggests ready in minutes to make the full out of the monsoon. Happy cooking and happy monsoons. Enjoy.

  2. Soaked and boiled nutrella granules - 2 tbsp
  3. Onions finely chopped - 1
  4. Green chillies finely chopped - 2
  5. Grated ginger - 1 tsp
  6. Fresh bread slices - 3 or 4
  7. Cornflour - 2 tsp
  8. Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  9. Dry bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  10. Chat masala - 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  12. Fresh Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely Chopped)
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Cheese cube - 1
  15. Water 1/4 cup for slurry
  16. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Take mixture in a bowl crush them nicely using your fingers.
  2. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, boiled Nutrela granules, grated ginger, chat masala, hung curd, garam masala, fresh bread crumb (after pulsing it in mixie for 20 to 40 seconds), Coriander leaves and salt.
  3. While you add salt remember mixture already has salt in it so add less.
  4. Now, using your hands mix all the above mentioned ingredients together and it will form like a dough.
  5. Pinch small balls and you can shape them as you like. I have given them the shape of kebabs as the name suggests.
  6. Make slurry using 1 tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup of water and dip these kababs in it and roll them over the dry bread crumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry them as the colour changes to golden brown, take them out.
  8. Ready to serve. When Kababs are still hot add grated cheese as garnish and serve hot.
