ABOUT Chana Kebabs !! RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled chickpeas- 1 cup
  2. Onion - 2 finely chopped
  3. Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
  4. Coriander leaves - 2 tbspn finely chopped
  5. Spices used :- As per taste or 1/4 tspn
  6. Red chilly powder,turmeric powder ,salt,jeera powder,chat masala and a few drops of lemon
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
  8. Sev - 1/2 cup for coating
  9. Oil - 1 to 2 tbspn
  10. Some skewer sticks for grilling the kebabs

Instructions

  1. Take the boiled chick peas in a bowl and mash them...
  2. Add chopped onion,salt and spices,coriander leaves,bread crumbs,lemon juice and mix well
  3. Now take a small ball and roll it on the skewer stick...
  4. Crush the sev roughly with gands....Then coat the kebabs with the sev...
  5. Heat a griller pan ....Put oil and when hot put the kebabs carefully and cook it from all sides till nicely done....
  6. Serve hot with chutney of your choice ....
