Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3/4 cup wheat flour
  2. salt
  3. Three tomatoes
  4. 15 pods of garlic
  5. two spoon chilly powder
  6. chopped onion
  7. sweet corn boiled
  8. coriander chopped
  9. oil
  10. butter two spoon
  11. cheese
  12. lemon juice
  13. pepper powder

Instructions

  1. mix wheat flour, salt, oil with water into a soft dough
  2. burn tomatoes and garlic on flame
  3. heat oil in a kadai fry chopped onion till golden
  4. next add peeled burnt tomato and garlic
  5. add chilly powder salt, and mix
  6. grind after cooling. burnt tomato chutny is ready
  7. for corn salsa mix one cup of corn, one finely chopped onion, butter, chopped coriander, lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper powder
  8. roll thin chapathi out of the wheat dough, spread burnt tomato chutny
  9. spread corn salsa and grated on the chutny.
  10. cover with another thin chapathi
  11. put on hot tawa and bake by adding oil
