Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated boiled potato - 2
  2. Kheel - 1 cup
  3. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
  5. Chopped green chilly - 2
  6. Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Dip the kheel in one cup of water for five mins and drain extra water.
  2. Take a large bowl add all above listed ingredients except poppy seeds and also add kheel and mix well.
  3. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  4. Coat with poppy seeds
  5. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden in color.
  6. Flipping once in between.
  7. Always cook in medium flame.
  8. Drain in paper napkin
  9. Serve hot.
