Today I am presenting my innovative dish which I make with dhokla ..i make mint dhokla and topped them with mexican salsa.

Take battar and add curd in it
Add salt and mint paste
Add green colour and mix all of them
Then add baking soda
Lastly add eno and 1 tsp water to activate it
Mix all of them
Grease dhokla tray
Pour battar for thin layer we will make thin dhokla from regular dhokla
Cook them in steamer for 10 to 15 min.
Till then chop all vegetables
Add spices,sauces and flakes
Add lemon juice and coriander leaves
As dhokla ready let them cool
We Will make them in this thickness
Then carefully de mould them in a plate
Take small round cookie cutter and cut them in small rounds
Heat rawa add oil or butter
And on low flame cook dhokla till crispy
Top with prepared salsa and serve
