This Recipe is a fusion of Italian Recipe. The Italian rice balls are made from risotto rice. In this recipe, I have used Basmati rice and Indian spices.
I will surely try this.
Put cooked rice, yellow and red capsicum, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, garam masala, chat masala powder and 2 Tbsp of parmesan cheese in a big bowl .
With your hands mix everything well make sure all the masalas and vegetables are properly mixed with rice.
Put mozarella cheese ,2 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese and chilli flakes in a separate bowl and mix everything well.
Divide the prepared cheese mixture into equal size small balls.
Take a small portion of the rice mixture, and make it like a bowl.
Keep a small ball of cheese in between the bowl and close it and make the round.
Prepare the remaining rice balls (10-12) in this way.
In a bowl mix cornflour with 2-3 Tbsp of water mix well and make a slurry.
Roll rice ball one at a time in the cornflour solution and then cover it well with breadcrumbs.
In this way, cover all the balls with breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a deep pan.
Put 3-4 prepared rice balls in hot oil at a time.
Fry the balls until golden brown in color on medium flame.
Remove the cooked balls in the plate.
Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
