ABOUT Rice Balls RECIPE

This dish is made up of left over boiled rice by adding a twist!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over boiled rice - 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped onions - 1 small onion
  3. Chopped green chilies (optional)
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
  6. Mango powder 1 tsp
  7. All purpose flour for binding (around 2 to 3 tsp)
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take the rice add onions and green chilies in it.
  2. Add salt chili powder and mango powder in it.
  3. Mix it very well.
  4. Now take maida and add it in the rice .
  5. Mix it well again.
  6. Take a wok add oil. (for deep frying)
  7. Take the rice and start making its balls (if the rice is not sticky you can add 2 to 3 drops of water in your rice mix).
  8. Deep fry them on medium flame.
  9. Take them out and put it on an absorbent paper.
  10. Enjoy with some ketchup.
