Chicken gravy prepared with green chillies and yoghurt.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add whole spices-cinnamon, clove, bay leaf.
Add chopped garlic and ginger. Sautee well.
Add chopped green chillies. And then add finely chopped onions. Sautee till golden.
Add medium cut sized chicken and fry, add 1 tsp salt and stir fry... chicken will release its water, let it cook in it.
In a bowl beat yoghurt, add jeera powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder and mix well..
When the chicken is cooked , add the yoghurt mixture and give a stir.
Add another tsp of salt according to the taste.
Add cream , lemon juice and mix, let it cook and reduce into thick gravy.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves and turn off flame.
SERVING: 8
