ABOUT Healthy Paneer Pizza RECIPE

A delicious paneer pizza that is very easy to bake and tastes scrumptious.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 bread wrap or tortilla
  2. 1 tsp salsa
  3. 150 gm paneer
  4. ½ tomato, peeled, seeded and diced
  5. ½ cup fat-free sharp Cheddar cheese, grated and divided
  6. 1 pinch oregano leaves, crushed

Instructions

  1. Spread the salsa over the tortilla or wrap bread.
  2. Shred and add the paneer and sliced tomato on top.
  3. Spread the shredded cheese and oregano evenly on top.
  4. Cook in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
