Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup oil
  2. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. Pinch of Asafoetida
  5. 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  6. 1/2 cup dry coconut strips
  7. 1/2 cup futana dal
  8. 1/2 cup cashew and almonds
  9. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  10. 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  11. 1/2 tsp limbu sat(citric acid)
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  14. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  15. 1 Tbsp chiwda masala
  16. 1/2 kg bhajka poha
  17. 1 CUP SUGAR POWDER

Instructions

  1. Get all ingredients ready
  2. Heat oil in kadhai,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and mix well.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder,chiwda masala ,salt,all nuts ,coconut, sesame seeds, coriander seeds,citric acid and fry them till nuts become golden.
  4. Add Poha and mix well .sprinkle sugar powder all around and stir continuously till Poha becomes crisp.
  5. Cool it and store in airtight container.
