Upma made of oats instead of suji

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1,cup Quaker Oats grinded like suji
  2. 1 big onion finely chopped
  3. 1 big orange carrot grated
  4. 1 green chili finely chopp
  5. half tomato grinded
  6. 1 tsp rai
  7. 6 to 7 kadipatta
  8. salt to taste
  9. red chili powder to taste
  10. 1 lemon juice
  11. corainder leaves for garnish
  12. Half tsp sugar
  13. water 4 cups
  14. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. pan add ghee when heated add hing rai kadipatta when cracker add onion and mix nicely cook till pink in colour..
  2. Now add carrot salt and sugar after 2 to 3 min add tomato green chilli and mix well add lemon juice and cook nicely..
  3. After oil leaves add lemon juice oats n cook for sometime on sim gas now add water after boil off gas..
  4. sprinkle corainder leaves and serve
