Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. warm water 2 cups
  3. onion 1 medium
  4. carrot
  5. green peas 1/4 cup
  6. green beans 4
  7. mustard seeds 1 tsp
  8. red chilli 1
  9. hing a pinch
  10. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  11. curry leaves few
  12. fresh grated coconut 2 tbsp
  13. oil 1 tbsp
  14. sugar to taste
  15. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds
  2. when mustard seeds splutter add tempering of red chili, hing and curry leaves
  3. Add onion and saute till done
  4. Add other vegetables and saute for 5 min
  5. Add oats and water and cook till done
  6. Add sugar and salt
