Rabdi Jalebi popular India sweet. The combination of two different sweets rabdi and Jalibi is very famous in Indian cuisine. The fusion of rabdi jilabi goes great with cake also.

Maida 125 gm
Baking Powder 1 Tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Condensed Milk 200 gm
Sunflower oil 3 tbs
Water 125 ml
Saffron color 1 tsp
Saffron essence 1tsp
Cardamom powder 1tsp
For Rabdi
Milk 500 ml
Sugar 1 tbs
Milk powder 3 tbs
Ready-made jilabi 10 to 15
Whipped cream 200 gm
Chopped almond and pistachio 2 tbs
Dry rose petals
Instructions
Beat condense milk and oil together with beater.
Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda for 3 times.
Add dry ingredients in to wet ingredients add color and essence and cardamom powder. Beat for 2 to 3 minutes
Pour in dust and greased baking tin and bake in pre heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes
Remove the cake cool it.
Mix milk, saffron and milk powder and cook on slow flame till it get thick consistency and sugar and cook for more till sugar dissolve in milk.
Divide the cake in 3 slices
Soak some Jalibi piece in water.
Take one slices of cake soak with above jalibi water, then apply rabdi.
Now apply fresh cream and some pieces of Jalibi
Now put next slice and repeat the above method. Cover the cake with whipped cream make topping with nozzle and put Jalibi slices for decoration. Pour the rabdi in the center part.
Decorate with chopped almond, pistachio and dry rose petals.
Serve chilled
