Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Besan 1/2 cup
  3. Suji 2 tablespoons
  4. Powder sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee 1/2 cup
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Crushed almonds and cashews for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add maida, besan, suji, powder sugar, salt and mix well.
  2. Pour ghee and form into a dough.
  3. Divided dough into a small portion, shape it like peda.
  4. Place into a baking tray and topping with crushed almonds and cashews.
  5. Bake it in a preheated oven for 15 to 13 minutes at 180 degree C in convention mode.
