Wash and soak sabudana for 2 hours
Put a vok on flame
Add oil in it
Add chopped onion
Saute well
Add chopped tomatoes
Add chopped cabbage carrots and capsicum in it
Fry for 2 minutes
Add soaked sabudana in it
Add salt and pepper powder
Cover with a lid for 5 minutes
Add chilli sauce
Add soy sauce and tomato sauce
Mix well
Turn off the flame
Serve hot
