Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lemon 1
  2. Rice 1/2 cup
  3. Salt as required
  4. Oil as required
  5. Mustard Seed 1/2 tsp
  6. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  7. Curry leaves few
  8. Hing pinch
  9. Red chilli 2
  10. Cashew 1/4 cup
  11. Masoor dal 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In cooker add rice,water and salt cook for 3 whistles and set aside.
  2. In pan heat oil add mustard urad dal,add chilli,cashew,curry leaves,masoor cook for 3 min low flame
  3. After add turmeric powder,salt.mix it well.now add lemon juice.
  4. Cook for 2 min and add cooked rice.mix it well
  5. Cook it for 10 min in low flame
  6. Healthy cashew lemon rice is ready
