Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. **ingredients for meatballs**
  2. lamb mince - 500gm
  3. grated onion - 1/2 cup
  4. breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  5. egg - 1
  6. finely chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
  7. chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  8. grated boiled potato - 1/3 Cup
  9. cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  11. paprika - 1 teaspoon
  12. cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  13. ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  14. salt - as needed
  15. grated carrot - 1/4 cup (optional)
  16. grated zucchini - 1/4 cup (optional)
  17. oil - 1-2 tablespoon
  18. **ingredients for yoghurt sauce**
  19. Greek yoghurt - 1 Cup
  20. crushed and chopped garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
  21. finely chopped fresh mint - 2 tablespoon
  22. lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  23. Salt and Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  24. chopped green chili - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. mix all the ingredients under yoghurt sauce in a bowl.
  2. mix well and put in the fridge.
  3. place all the meatball ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well.
  4. take about 1 tbsp of meat and roll into balls.
  5. heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. fry the balls until you get nice and brown colour.
  7. take out the sauce from the fridge and serve lamb balls with yoghurt sauce.
