Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 250 grams
  2. Garlic 30 grams
  3. Black pepper 2 teaspoon
  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. Cornstarch as required
  6. Spaghetti
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Tomatoes 200 grams
  9. Ginger 50 grams
  10. Bread crumbs
  11. Eggs 3
  12. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  13. Origano
  14. Mozzarella cheese for garnish
  15. Vinegar 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Grind the chicken breast in the grinder
  2. Add garlic cloves into it
  3. Add black pepper into it
  4. Add little salt
  5. Add lemon juice
  6. Mix it well
  7. Leave the mixture for some time
  8. Then boil the tomatoes and peel then
  9. Remove their seed and cut tomatoes into small pieces
  10. Take a sauce pan add oil into it
  11. Add chopped garlic into pan
  12. Then add chopped tomatoes into it
  13. Add soya sauce and vinegar
  14. Then add salt
  15. Add oregano
  16. Then make a paste out of it
  17. Now add eggs into the chicken mixture
  18. Make a small bolls out of the mixture
  19. First dip into egg whites and then in cornstarch and after that into bread crumbs
  20. Then deep fry the balls till it's golden brown
  21. Boil spaghetti
  22. Then in a pan add little bit oil and add chopped garlic just a teaspoon
  23. Add spaghetti into the pan
  24. Add freshly ground Black pappr and salt
  25. Mix it well
  26. Then in a serving palte
  27. Place spaghetti and sauce over it
  28. After that place the balls over the sauce and for garnish add mozzarella cheese over it
