Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. fish pieces 5-6
  2. chopped onion 1 medium
  3. ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  4. chopped tomato 1 medium
  5. 2-3 green chillies chopped
  6. coriander cumin powder 1 tablespoon
  7. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  8. garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  9. black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  10. italianherbs 1 teaspoon
  11. boiled potato 2 nos
  12. salt as per taste
  13. eggs 2 nos
  14. bread crumbs as required
  15. chopped coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  16. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. boil fish pieces
  2. debone them
  3. add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli,ginger garlic paste , black pepper powder, coriander cumin powder , garam masala powder, Italian herbs and salt
  4. add turmeric powder and grated boiled potato
  5. mix them well
  6. add chopped coriander leaves
  7. heat oil in a pan. fry the mixture till they are dry and coming out of the pan
  8. cool them , make chop of your desired shape
  9. roll them on beaten egg
  10. then roll them in bread crumbs
  11. keep them in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs
  12. deep fry them till they are golden brown
  13. serve with kasundi
