  1. Nenthiram palam 2
  2. Sugar pinch
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  4. Salt pinch

Instructions

  1. Soak the banana in turmeric water for 15-20 min.after Cut the banana into shape
  2. In pan heat oil.cook in low flame now add banana into it.fry it well
  3. In bowl add little turmeric water and salt.mix it well.keep it aside
  4. Fry the banana .then add the water.fry for 3-5 min.and then take it out
  5. Now add sugar.mix it well.sweet salty nenthiram palamchip is ready
