So yummy and tempting..Almond barfi is a traditional desserts .i made with a little twist to give chocolate flavour almond choco sizzler,The favourite desserts love by all of our family.specially my daughters most favourite ..so gue and chocolate..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup almond
  2. 1/2 cup sugar powder
  3. 3 tbsp hersheys coco powder
  4. 1 Tbsp clarified butter
  5. 2 scoop Rajbhog ice cream
  6. Some chopped cashewnuts and almonds
  7. Some colorful vermicelli
  8. 3 tbsp Hershey's chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. 1.Soak the almond in water overnight,peel it and grind it in a smooth paste. take a non stick pan,add almond paste and suger powder.
  2. .saute it for 9-10 minutes at medium flame . Add clarified butter and Hershey's cocoa powder and some chopped nuts.
  3. .it will become like a soft ball.transfer it in a greased tray
  4. And set it and keep it aside for 1 hour,cut it in to a square pieces.
  5. Almond cocoa barfi is ready
  6. Sizzler.. .The cast iron plate after getting extreme hot,put this plate on wooden plate.
  7. .Drizzle Hershey s syrup,place the almond barfi
  8. Put Raj bhog ice cream scoop on top drizzle Hershey s chocolate syrup
  9. Sprinkle some chopped nuts and colourful vermicelli on it.
  10. Enjoy a very delicious Shahi almond choco sizzler.
