The base is of banana slices, followed by a layer of whipped chocolate cream further a layer of almond cake and again a thin layer of whipped chocolate cream finally sprinkled with almond and walnut as toppings.

Whipped chocolate cream 300gram
Almond powder (optional) a tsp
Banana slices 40gram
Chopped almonds (for toppings) 15gram
Walnuts (for toppings) 15gram
For almond cake:
Flour 200gram
Baking powder 5gram
Sugar 150gram
Eggs 3pcs
Oil 20ml
Finely chopped almond (for cake) 60grams
Vanilla essence 6ml
Instructions
Measure all the ingredients as per recipe.
Start initially with almond cake preperation.
Beat the eggs in a day bowl and when it rises add sugar into it.
Once it's fluffy, add flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and oil and mix .
Now sprinkle good quantity of flour on the almond which is there for the cake and add it to the batter and then bake it in a rectangle long tray to obtain a thin slice of final baked cake.
Bake it at 180degree celcius for 30mnts.
Now take the whipped chocolate cream and again start whipping it so that it rises and add a pinch of almond powder if available.
Cut banana slices and keep aside.
For serving you require a bowl or a small glass.
Once the cake is ready, cut it into the shape of your serving bowl or glass.
Apply the slices of banana and pour two spoons of whipped chocolate cream and then a layer of almond cake followed by 3-4 spoons of whipped chocolate cream and then apply toppings.
Refrigerate it for 10-15 mnts. And then you can serve it.
