Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  2. Baking powder 1/8 spoon
  3. Curd 1 tbsp
  4. Butter 1 tbsp
  5. Milk 2 tbsp
  6. Salt Pinch
  7. Hersey choco syrup 2-3 tsp
  8. Sugar 1/4 cup+ 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take wheat flour and baking powder and mix it.
  2. Add curd butter sugar salt and Hersey choco syrup..
  3. Mix everything well..
  4. Add milk and make a dough.
  5. After making dough sit for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Take a sugar in a bowl and add water in it..allow the sugar to dissolve in a medium flame..
  7. After reaching the string consistency switch off the stove
  8. Make small small balls from the dough.
  9. Make a depression in the center using finger.
  10. Heat oil for deep fry.flame should be low..add Bhadusha one by one and fry until the colour change.
  11. After removing Badhusa from the oil put into the sugar Bhadusha should be in the sugar minimum 30-60 minutes.
  12. Take Bhadushas from the sugar syrup.. Serve it.
