Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup poha
  2. 1 tbsp rice flour/ besan
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. 1-2 chopped green chilli
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 /2 tsp garam masala powder
  8. 1 roasted cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp chat masala powder
  10. 1 Red chilli powder
  11. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  12. 1/2 tap Pepper powder
  13. 1 tbsp roasted grinded peanut
  14. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  15. 1 Tsp garlic paste
  16. Pinch of hing
  17. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  18. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  19. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash poha properly and then add curd and little amount of water and soak for 15 min
  2. After 15 min mash poha and add besan, rice flour and Ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes roasted mungfali powder,green chilli paste, red chilli, chat masala powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder, hing sesame seeds , and add some water to make thick batter .
  3. Take a plate apply oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds and put poha mixture and spread evenly and steam for 20 -25 min, Cut it in finger Shape And shallow fry it till golden brown in colour
  4. You can deep fry it if you want
  5. Now poha stick is ready sprinkle some sesame seeds
  6. Serve with sauce or chutney
