Quinoa vege bites is less oil recipe, quinoa very good for our body.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup quinoa
  2. 2 cup water
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 2 cup mix vegetables ( capsicum, onoin,carrot or as your choice)
  5. 1 cheese cube
  6. 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  7. 2 tea spoon red chill powder
  8. 2 tsp chole masala
  9. 1 tsp garlic paste
  10. 1 tsp turmeric
  11. 1 green chilly fine chopped
  12. 1 tsp lemon juice
  13. Salt as your choice
  14. 3 to 4 curry leaves fine chopped
  15. 1 to 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Wash quinoa very well with water.
  2. Boil 2 cups water,add salt and quinoa and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. In one bowl add cook quinoa, black sesame seeds, grated cheese,mix vegetables,garlic,green chilli,red chilli powder, turmeric, lemon juice ,salt, chole masala and curry leaves
  4. Mix all well and make small bite size ball. brush with oil
  5. Take one muffin tray,grease with oil, put quinoa ball in tray.
  6. Bake in preheat oven in 180c for 10 to 15 minutes
  7. Enjoy quinoa vege crunchy bites.
