Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cups Pearl millets flour
  2. 1 cup jowar flour
  3. 1/2 cup ragee flour
  4. 1/2 cup soyabin flour
  5. 1/2 cup oats
  6. 1 cup moringa chopped leaves
  7. 1/2 cup corriander leaves
  8. 1 tbsp chilli garlic paste
  9. 10-15 chopped curry leaves
  10. 3-4 tbsp oil
  11. 1 tbsp White sessme seeds
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1/2 cup curd
  15. Water

Instructions

  1. 1-Take all flours in one bowl
  2. 2- add all spices and garlic chill paste
  3. 3-Add chopped coriander leaves and moringa leaves
  4. 4-Add 1 tbsp oil and curd
  5. 4- now add water as required and prepare soft dough.
  6. 6-now make equal size ball from dough and roll it thik roti
  7. 7- now apply oil both sides and bake golden brown
  8. Now your super food multi grain moringa dhebra is ready to eat serve with fresh curd
