Differnt from usual paniyaram
Nice one.
Take a mixer jar and add sugar, banana slices.
Grind it to a smooth paste.
Now in the same mixer jar, add maida and wheat.
Start grinding it. While grinding it there won't be any lumps that's why I choose grinding.
Add water little by little and make a smooth paste.
Make sure that the batter should be in idli batter consistency.
Now transfer the batter to a vessel.
Next add salt, ghee and cardamom powder.
Mix baking powder with 1 spoon of water and add that to the batter.
Rest it for 1/2 an hour so that all the ingredients mix well.
Now take the paniyaram pan and keep it on the stove.
Add few drops oil in each compartment.
Rotate the sides and heat the whole pan in a medium flame.
Now start pouring the batter in it.
Flip the paniyaram and cook both sides.
Now the hot and sweet paniyaram is ready..!
