Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Big Bowl Full Cream Curd
  2. 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  3. 2 Tbl Spoon Milk
  4. 10-12 Saffron
  5. 8-10 Pistachio
  6. 5-6 Almonds

Instructions

  1. Firstly hang the curd for 30 minutes in a muslin cloth. You can use a duppta. Extra water will be dropped out i. Bowl.
  2. Now transfer the curd in a bowl and mix well. There should be no lumps.
  3. Warm the milk and add Saffron to it. Saffron will released its color in to milk.
  4. Now add saffron milk and suger to curd and beat it. It should be a smooth paste.
  5. Add chopped dryfruits.
  6. Mix well and Srikhand is ready.
