Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated cabbage 1/2 cup
  2. Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  3. Grater beetroot 1/4 cup
  4. Salt
  5. Oil
  6. Crushed ginger garlic 1 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Gram flour 1/4 cup
  9. Corn flour 1 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add grated vegetables, salt, cumin seeds
  2. Then add chilli powder, gram flour, corn flour and mix well
  3. Add crushed ginger garlic, coriander leaves and mix well
  4. Make small ball and fry it in a hot oil
