Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup semolina
  2. 1 cup buttermilk
  3. 1 cup warm water
  4. 3/4 spoon salt
  5. 1 spoon udad dal
  6. 1/4 spoon mustard seeds
  7. 1 onion finely chopped
  8. 1 tomato finely chopped
  9. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  10. 3 spoon oil

Instructions

  1. Dry roast semolina in a pan
  2. Let it cool
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Add mustard seeds and udad dal
  5. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes
  6. Add tomato and capsicum
  7. Cook until it softens
  8. Add roasted semolina and mix well
  9. Add salt,buttermilk and water and stir continuously until it become thick
  10. Serve with hot tea
